Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Anderson that the Planning <br />staff be directed to prepare a detailed report on protection of scenic vistas, and <br />also to prepare a model ordinance for the Council's consideration. Resolution of dhtent to Rezone, Conditional Zoning - A memorandum from the Planning <br />Of~ice was read with regard to conditional zoning, .and discussion followed on the <br />use of "resolution of intent" now being used by the city of Springfield. Mrs. Lauris <br />moved seconded by Mr. Lassen that the staff prepare a proposed ordinance on condi- <br />,tiona1 zoning for the Council's consideration. Slocum in the McLean <br />Boulevard area.
