<br /> 3 Westmoreland Community Building Bids - The Council had previously considered bids opened
<br /> August 4, 1966 for construction of the Westmoreland Community Building, and tentatively
<br /> awarded the contract to Vik Construction Company on their low bid of $195,600, pending
<br /> outcome of the l~% limitation measure. Vik Construction had offered to hold their bid
<br /> open for 30 days, which offer the Council had accepted. e
