<br />the Public Works Department recommended holding the award for two weeks on paving;and sewers:in"
<br />Leahy Plat.

<br />Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Anderson to award cQntr~cts to the low bidder.on each project, except
<br />that the bids submitted for paving and sewers in Leahy Plat be held for two weeks. Rollcall vote.
<br />All councilmen present voting aye, motion carried, ~xcept Mr. Lassen abstaining on award of contract
