<br />copy of their annual report. ' She said the most significgnt accomplishment of the Blood Bank duririg :
<br />the year was establishment of the Blood Assurance plan which.involves families agreeing to contribute I
<br />blood when needed and in return are assured availability of blood when it is needed by those families '
