Staff would recommend <br /> bid be modified to delete this property from the contract and recommend award to K.A. Wardell of <br /> the second project on Fillmore Street and the project on the south side of 13th Avenue from Chambers I <br /> I to Taylor in the amount of $1298.64. I <br /> i - <br /> .. J <br /> I Bids were opened October 10 on a sanitary sewer sealing project between City View Street ,and <br /> Wilson Court from 14th Avenue to 18th Avenue. Recommend award to low bidder on this project. I: <br /> I with Bruce McKinlay, Jay West, Morlan Lewis, Sam Frear, Fred Stetson, Morven Thomas, Ii <br /> Dr. Mlrian Miller, Larry Perry, Glen Purdy, Roger Mellem and Roosevelt Creal as members. <br /> I Steering Committee functions will be to estab1ish.a format for arriving at goals; set 1\ <br /> I up a calendar; investigate problems incurred; arrange for citizen participation and Ii <br />e I made a presentation before the Council.
