He pointed out the <br />area he was concerned with, and suggested that this was a~heavily travelled highway, and bill- <br />boards should be allowed along it. He said other portions of the Beltline which are industrial <br />are classified highway oriented. <br /> <br />Mrs. Betty Niven pointed out to the Council that highway oriented district had <br />for those areas which are heavily used by the tourist type travelling public. <br />the beltline is generally used by persons residing in the area.
