Obie. <br /> <br />I. BOY SCOUT TROOP 182 <br /> <br />Councilor Miller introduced the members of Boy Scout Troop 182 who were in the <br />audience. He said they are from the Bethel-Danebo area. Hollie Breeden is <br />the Scout Master and Lloyd Callahan is the Assistant Scout Master. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC FORUM <br /> <br />Mayor Obie invited citizens to speak to the City Council about topics of <br />concern which are not being considered by the council. <br /> <br />No one wished to speak. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />A. PLANNING COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION ON THE FY86/87 THROUGH FY95/96 <br />DRAFT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (memo, background information <br />distributed) <br /> <br />City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the Draft Capital Improvement Program <br />(CIP). Kirk McKinley of the Planning Department gave the staff report. <br />He said the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Draft CIP for <br />FY86/87 through FY95/96 with the addition of the Glenwood Sewer System, <br />changes to the funding of the River Road/Santa Clara lateral sewers, clarifi- <br />cation of the third paragraph on page one in the Introduction to indicate that <br />the "urgent, non-postponable" projects are General Fund projects, and the <br />addition of a statement in the Introduction and in other sections of the CIP <br />to emphasize the need for funds for the CIP.
