Thwing 17~857 e Overvotes 120 Undervotes 9~748 I hereby proclaim and declare as follows: That Measure No. 51, Prohibits Specified Nuclear Weapons and Nuclear Power Activities in Eugene, was passed. That Measure No. 52, Route Approval for West Eugene Parkway, was passed. That Emily Schue, Robert D. Bennett, Freeman Holmer~ and Jeffrey R. Miller were elected as City Councilors representing Wards 1 ~ 4, 5, and 6 respectively. That Dennis L. Solin was elected as a member of the Eugene Water & Electric Board representing Wards 4 and 5, and Randall E. Thwing was elected as a member of the Eugene Water & Electric Board representing the City at large. Dated this 10th day of December, 1986. B. IIBe a Brickll Campaign and Hult Center Newsletter Ms. Bascom distributed Seasons Greetings cards for the IIBe a Brickll Campaign for the Hult Center for the Performing Arts. She also distributed copies of a Hult Center newsletter. e C. Zoning Violations Ms. Ehrman said she attended a meeting of the West University Neighborhood Association recently at which there were numerous complaints about zoning violations and the City's failure to respond to them. She encouraged other councilors to find out if there are zoning violations in other parts of the city. D. National League of Cities Conference Ms. Schue said several councilors recently attended a National League of Cities Conference in San Antonio~ Texas. She said cities are st i 11 not receiving revenue-sharing funds from the Federa 1 government but the atmosphere at the conference was more positive than it has been in the past. She said city officials indicated they can do things themselves and they exchanged information about how things can be done.
