He said that if there were <br /> none, the council should consider adoption of the findings. <br /> Mr. Holmer moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to appove the <br /> findings of the Hearings Official dated September 8, <br /> 1987, and the local improvement project--sidewalk <br /> construction in four locations in the city: 1) 7th <br /> Avenue and Seneca Road; 2) 18th Avenue and Bailey Hill <br /> Road; 3) 15th Avenue and Charnelton; 4) Clinton Drive <br /> and Naomi Drive. <br /> Ms. Bascom asked about the improvement on 15th Avenue and Charnelton. Mr. <br /> Lyle said it involved a single parcel where no sidewalks have been installed <br /> for many years. He said the City gave the owner the option of installing the <br /> sidewalks or having them installed in the this improvement project. He said <br /> the owner chose the latter option. <br /> Roll call vote; the motion passed 5:0. <br /> V.
