Obie. <br /> <br />I. ITEMS FROM THE THE CITY COUNCIL, MAYOR, AND CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />A. Nude Dancing <br /> <br />Mr. Miller said he would like to know the council's reaction to a letter <br />in council members' packet about restricting nude dancing to certain <br />areas of the city. <br /> <br />Tim Sercombe, City Attorney's Office, said the issue of restricting nude <br />dancing by zoning was recently argued before the Oregon Supreme Court. <br />He said it will take from three to nine months for a decision to be <br />handed down. Until that occurs, Mr. Sercombe said Oregon law in this <br />area is uncertain. <br /> <br />B. Tree Feature <br /> <br />Ms. Bascom said the February issue of Sunset Magazine featured the City <br />of Eugene and its Tree Identification brochure. <br /> <br />C. Hult Center Concerts <br /> <br />Ms. Bascom said she continues to get good comments about the Thursday <br />free concerts and the feeling that the Hult Center is available to <br />everybody. <br /> <br />D.
