He said the request is for a <br /> vacation of a narrow strip of right-of-way located east of Coburg Road. He <br /> recommended that the council hold a public hearing and consider the vacation. <br /> Mayor Obie opened the public hearing. There were no requests to speak. The <br /> public hearing was closed. <br /> e CB 4108--An ordinance vacating a portion of Willakenzie Road <br /> located east of Coburg Road and south of Beltline <br /> Road. <br /> Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Ms. Bascom, that the bill, with <br /> unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by <br /> council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at <br /> this time. She said in <br /> mid-September the council conducted a public hearing regarding t~~ Historic <br /> Preservation Ordinance. At the end of September, the council held a work <br /> session on the ordinance, identifying key areas of concern and providing <br /> direction to staff on how to address those issues.
