C. WORK SESSION: Sustainability Commission Work Plan <br />City Council President. I move to approve the Sustainability Commission's <br />FY18 Work Plan. <br />Call for vote. <br />7:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING and <br />MEETING OF THE EUGENE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY <br />Bascom/Tykeson Room, Eugene Public Library, 100 West 10th Avenue <br />1. PUBLIC FORUM <br />Mayor. The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the <br />City Council on any city -related issues except for those items which have <br />already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight's agenda as a <br />public hearing. <br />Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the <br />podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene <br />residents, your ward if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you <br />have to speak. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. <br />Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council. <br />2. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A.
