- The public hearing was opened. There being no testimony presented, the public hearing was closed. CB 2743--An ordinance adopting a supplemental budget; making appropriations for the City of Eugene for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1983, and ending June 30, 1984; and declaring an emergency. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Wooten, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 7:0. Council Bill 2743 was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Wooten, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed (and became Ordinance No. 19247). e At 11:47 a.m. the meeting of the Eugene City Council was adjourned to a meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene. Mayor Keller opened the meeting. B. Eugene Renewal Agency Supplemental Budget #6 (memo, background information distributed) City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the item. He explained that this supplemental budget had already been reviewed and approved by the Budget Committee. He stated that Finance Director Warren Wong was present to answer any questions. Res. No. 904--A resolution adopting a supplemental budget; making appropriations for Eugene Renewal Agency for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1983, and ending June 30, 1984.
