He said the Airport Commission was recommending that the <br /> council accept the proposal submitted by H. M. Ruberg. He stated that the <br /> City Attorney's Office had prepared an ordinance reflecting that recommendation. <br /> CB 2760--An ordinance authorizing execution of full-service <br /> fixed-base operator lease with H. M.
