Levying Assessments <br /> CB 2762--An ordinance levying assessment for sanitary sewers <br /> to serve the area between Centennial Boulevard and <br /> 200 feet south of Bardell Street from 3000 feet west <br /> of Lindley Lane to Lindley Lane (84-17). <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be read <br /> the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br /> consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at this <br /> time.
