He said that his right to worship the god of his <br />fathers is violated if he is denied the traditional Sioux method of <br />contacting his god through the sweat lodge ceremony. Mr. Baker asked that <br />freedom of religion be applied equally and fairly to all people. <br /> <br />Randy MacDonald, 3032 Ferry Street, distributed written material and <br />requested that the City investigate the possibility of using unbleached paper <br />whenever appropriate and cost-effective. He said this could help reduce <br />dioxin pollution and create a market for reasonably-priced unbleached paper. <br /> <br />Bill Blair, 350 Pearl Street, proposed installing a merry-go-round on the <br />downtown mall to replace the fountain at Broadway and Willamette streets. He <br />said this would draw parents and children to the center of the city.
