Dick Gassman, Planning and <br /> Development Department, reviewed the background of the proposed ordinance <br /> which would allow wall signs up to 200 square feet in area on buildings <br /> completed after June 20, 1990. <br /> Referring to Section 3 of the proposed ordinance, Mr. Boles asked about <br /> reference to the public welfare and safety.
