<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />or alternatively on nonprofits only, with additional demand addressed by the <br />systems development charge. <br /> <br />Fire and Emergency Medical Services <br /> <br />The council included a strategy in Analysis Package A to use volunteers to <br />increase the City's capacity to respond to demand. <br /> <br />Public Safety Long-Range Plan <br /> <br />The council directed staff to analyze a strategy that would implement the <br />long-range plan with General Fund dollars, with an emphasis on social <br />services and improved links between public safety and human service <br />information systems, and through coordination with Lane County (Analysis <br />Package B). <br /> <br />Police Operations <br /> <br />The council directed staff to include analysis of a strategy to maintain the <br />current service level with the use of Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team <br />funds in Package A. <br /> <br />Human Services Contract <br /> <br />The council requested analysis of a strategy to enhance the service with <br />General Fund dollars, including development of a information system oriented <br />to the system user, service systems that emphasize individual user planning, <br />and the requirement for agencies to have explicit "triage" rules (Analysis <br />Package B). The council directed staff to include analysis of a strategy to <br />reduce the General Fund contribution through improved administration in <br />Package A.
