4. The portion of commuter permit parking Zone D described below and depicted on the map attached as Exhibit A to this Order, shall allow metered public parking between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, except legal holidays and except commuter permit parking Zone D permitted vehicles. Orchard Street: East side of Orchard Street between Franklin Boulevard and E. 15th Avenue Walnut Street: Both sides of Walnut Street between Franklin Boulevard and E. 15th Avenue 5. The portion of commuter permit parking Zone D described below and depicted on the map attached as Exhibit A to this Order, shall allow 2 -hour public parking between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays and except commuter permit parking Zone D or Zone H permitted vehicles. Mill Street: West side of Mill Street between 18th Avenue and 19th Avenue 19th Avenue North side of 19th Avenue between Mill Street and High Street 6. Permit fees shall be established in accordance with Section 2.020 and Chapter 5 of the Eugene Code, 1971. 7. Administrative Order No. 58-15-42 is repealed as of the effective date of this Order. 8. If, by action of a hearing official having jurisdiction to review this administrative order, any portion of this administrative order is stricken or the boundaries of commuter permit parking Zone D are modified, such action by the hearings official shall have no effect on the validity of any other section or provision of this administrative order, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
