Boundaries of Parking District: The area bounded by and including the intersection of 15th Ave. and Villard St., then east along 15 Ave. to 15th Ave. and Fairmount Blvd., then south and west along Fairmount Blvd. to 21st Ave. and Agate St., then north along Agate St. to 19th Ave. and Agate St., then east along 19th Ave. to Villard St. and 19th Ave., then north on Villard St. to 15th Ave. and Villard St.; and also including Birch Ln. from Fairmount Blvd. up to and including 2293 Birch Lane, Sunset Dr. from Fairmount Blvd. up to but not including 85 Sunset Dr., and 15th Ave. east of Fairmount Blvd. (The commercially zoned property on 19th Ave. between Agate St. and Columbia Aly. is not in the Parking District. The high density residential zoned properties at 15th Ave. and Walnut St. and at 15th Ave. and Orchard St. are not in the Parking District. The Walnut Station Special Area zoned properties at 15th Ave. between Villard St. and Orchard St. are not in the Parking District.) 2. For residential parking permit purposes, the Parking District shall be designated as Zone J. 3. The Parking District shall allow the following parking limitations: a. In the area shaded light green on Exhibit A, and described specifically below, 1 -hour public parking between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday (7 days per week, including legal holidays), except for arena event permitted vehicles and Zone J permitted vehicles.
