ORDINANCES CONCERNING THE GATEWAY REFINEMENT PLAN <br /> City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the item. Jan Childs, Planning and <br /> Development Department, presented the staff report. On January 29, 1992, the <br /> council held a joint meeting with the elected officials of Springfield and <br /> Lane County, both of which have since adopted the plan and have forwarded <br /> three implementing ordinances for approval by Eugene. The plan does not <br /> require adoption by Eugene.
