WORK SESSION: Parks and Recreation System Plan Implementation - <br />Funding for Operations and Maintenance and Capital Improvements <br />City Council President. I move to direct the City Manager to prepare a resolution <br />for Council action to refer two measures to Eugene voters on the May 2018 ballot, <br />thefirst a $3.12 million operations and maintenance levy to maintain parks trails, <br />natural areas, rivers and recreation facilities, including increased security patrols; <br />and the second a $31.1 million capital funding bond measure package to improve <br />parks, trails, natural areas, community centers and pools. <br />Call for vote. <br />January 22, 2018, Work Session and Meeting <br />
