The adjourned meeting was <br /> called to order by His Honor Mayor Gus Keller at 4 p.m. on July 20, 1977 , <br /> in the Mayot's Office with the following Council members present: Eric Haws, <br /> D. IV. Hamel, Tom Williams, Jack Delay, Scott Lieuallen, Brian Obie, and Betty <br /> Smith. Ray Bradley was absent. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to interview finalists for appointments to the <br /> Eugene Renewal Agency and the Metropolitan Area Planning Advisory Committee. <br /> Finalists interviewed for Eugene Renewal Agency were: Samuel Frear, 4734 <br /> Brookwood Street; Eleanor Mulder, 2775 Emerald; Fran Gnose, 2223 Olive Street; <br /> Sandra Bishop, 592 West 10th; Jon Silvermoon, 47~ West 25th/lower; and <br /> Stephen J. R. Shepard, 1941 B West 17th. <br /> The following ballot was cast for three ERA vacancies: <br /> Haws: Frear, Mulder, Shepard <br /> e Hamel: Frear, Mulder, Bishop <br /> Williams: Mulder, Gnose, Shepard <br /> Delay: Frear, Bishop, Silvermoon <br /> Lieuallen: Mulder, Gnose, Silvermoon <br /> Obie: Frear, Mulder, Gnose <br /> Smith: Frear, Mulder, Gnose <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that Samuel Frear <br /> and Eleanor Mulder be appointed to ERA for 4-year terms <br /> ending 7/10/81, and Fran Gnose be appointed for I-year <br /> unexpired term ending 7/10/78. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Finalists interviewed for MAPAC were: Sandra Bishop, 592 West 10th; <br /> Constance Holvey, 1213 West 15th Street; Jim Dunne, 1670 Best Lane; and <br /> Douglas DuPriest, 968 Alder, #17. <br /> The following ballot was cast for MAPAC vacancies: <br /> Haws: Dunne, DuPriest <br /> Hamel: Holvey, Dunne <br /> Williams: Dunne, DuPriest <br /> Delay: Holvey, Dunne <br /> Lieuallen: Bishop, Dunne <br /> Obie: Bishop, Dunne <br /> Smith: Bishop, Dunne <br /> e Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that Jim DU7lne <br /> and Sandra Bishop be appointed to ~~PAC for 3-year terms <br /> ,ending 6/30/80.
