<br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be read the <br />first time and returned to Hearings Panel for hearing April 17, <br />1978, with panel recommendation to be brought back for Council <br />consideration April 24, 1978. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />C.B. 1657--Levying assessments for paving 17th Avenue from 300 feet east <br />of Quaker Street to 600 feet east of Quaker Street (1459)(77-42) <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be read the <br />first time and returned to Hearings Panel for hearing April 17, <br />1978, with panel recommendation to be brought back for Council <br />consideration April 24, 1978. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />C.B. 1658--Levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer and storm <br />sewer within Willow Tree Subdivision (1341)(77-47) <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be read the ~ <br />first time and returned to Hearings Panel for hearing April 17, <br />1978, with panel recommendation to be brought back for Council <br />consideration April 24, 1978. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2872--Authorizing initiating process for sanitary sewer <br />construction in Jessen Drive from Melrose Loop to 99 North (1138) was <br />read by number and title. <br /> <br />(Affected property on petition; assessable costs: sewers, 25 percent; <br />City costs: trunk sewer, $18,000 and deferred assessments, $27,000). <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the Resolution. <br />Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2873--Authorizing payment of bills, claims, and <br />progress payments for period March 27 through April 10, 1978, was <br />read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the resolution. <br />Roll call vote.
