Change in Agenda <br /> Manager said Item VIII: Systems Development Tax Ammendment, would be <br /> delayed since Mr~ Obie was not in attendance. Manager will consult <br /> with Mr. Obie to reschedule the item. <br />1. Eugene Renewal Agency <br /> Interview date scheduled for 11:00 a.m., July 12, Wednesday, in the <br /> McNutt Room. Manager noted four applicants had received four or more <br /> votes; three more applicants had received three votes. <br /> Mr. Williams moved, seconded by Mr. Haws, to interview the four <br /> top applicants.
