COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BONUS ALLOCATION (HOUSING OPPORTUNITY PLAN) <br /> (Memo distributed) <br /> Manager said the bonus allocation resulted from the development of <br /> an area-wide housing opportunity program which has been well received <br /> by HUD. Thus, the City was awarded an extra $92,000. The distribution <br /> of the funds has been reviewed by the Joint Housing Committee and has <br /> the concurrence of the County and City staff. <br /> Mr. Bradley moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to approve the Community <br /> Development bonus allocation as presented by staff. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> IV. BI-AGENCY POLICY BOARD RECOMMENDATION RE: LOW-COST DISTEMPER SHOTS <br /> (Memo distributed) <br /> On October 25, 1978, Council had requested Councilor Bradley meet <br /> with Lane County to review the administrative decision to offer distemper, <br /> leptospirosis and hepatitus vaccinations to the public.
