Roll call vote. All Councilors present <br /> voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 18419. <br /> C. <br /> 26, 1979, by a 4:2 vote <br /> Manager said that, if approved, each one of the abutting property <br /> owners will have to pay $200 to $300.
