Vote 5:0 <br />Mr. Saul, Planner, said that this property is the only remaining <br />property in the area which has not been rezoned for commercial use. <br />The Planning Commission initiated the rezoning on its own motion. The <br />R-3 portion is presently developed with a contractor's business.
