He introduced <br /> Mary Briggs, Planning, to provide additional information and noted <br /> that on August 59 1980, the Planning Commission recommended appfol/al <br /> with a 5-0 vote. <br /> Ms. Briggs stated that this change in zoning is initiated by the City <br /> of Eugene. It will bring the zoning into conformance with current <br /> usage of the land and surrounding property.
