Sign district designation to Industrial Sign District for property <br /> located north of Judkins Road, west of Henderson Avenue (SDBC 80-2) <br /> 3. Sign district boundary change from Highway-Oriented District to <br /> Residential District for property located on 3rd Avenue between <br /> Van Buren and Jackson streets (SDBC 80-3) <br /> Mr. Henry noted that these are extens ive changes and the areas affected <br /> are in the vicinity of Franklin Boulevard and on 3rd Avenue.
