Kincaid Street (affected property on petition: assessable costs; <br /> sewers, total square footage, and square footage petitioned 38,950 <br /> feet, 100 percent; City costs, none). <br /> Mr. Henry stated that all is in order and the petitioners strongly support this <br /> petition. He said that Don Allen, Public Works, could answer questions. <br /> Res. No. 3427--A resolution authorizing sanitary sewer construction in <br /> Kincaid Street from 19th Avenue to 300 feet north (1893). <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, to adopt the resolu- <br /> tion. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> 2. Cross Street (affected property on petition: assessable costs; <br /> sewers, total square footage 480,000 feet, square footage peti- <br /> tioned 444,500 feet, 92.6 percent; City costs; none). <br /> Mr. Henry stated that all is in order on this improvement petition and that it <br /> is strongly supported by the petitioners. <br /> Res. No. 3428--A resolution authorizing sanitary sewer construction in <br /> Cross Street from Cleveland Street to 1,100 feet west and <br /> in Foch Street from 360 feet south to 800 feet south of <br /> Roosevelt Boulevard (769). <br />e Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, to adopt the resolu- <br /> tion. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> C. Finance Resolution (memo distributed) <br /> Res. No. 3429--A resolution authorizing the transfer of non-contingency <br /> appropriations within a given fund between official budget <br /> categories. <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, to adopt the resolu- <br /> tion. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> D. Ordinance Increasing Citizen Involvement Committee Membership <br /> (ordinance distributed) <br /> Mr. Henry stated that the ordinance attached to the agenda has been corrected <br /> to specify that the ordinance would increase the number of committee members by <br /> three citizen members, one of which must, be a neighborhood leader. <br /> CB 2201--An ordinance concerning the Citizen Involvement Committee; <br /> amending Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and declaring <br /> an emergency. <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be read <br />- the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br /> consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this <br /> time. <br /> MINUTES--Eugene City Council October 8, 1980 Page 3 <br />
