Ordinance Increasing Citizen Involvement Committee Membership <br /> (ordinance distributed) <br /> Mr. Henry stated that the ordinance attached to the agenda has been corrected <br /> to specify that the ordinance would increase the number of committee members by <br /> three citizen members, one of which must, be a neighborhood leader. <br /> CB 2201--An ordinance concerning the Citizen Involvement Committee; <br /> amending Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971; and declaring <br /> an emergency. <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be read <br />- the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br /> consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this <br /> time. <br /> MINUTES--Eugene City Council October 8, 1980 Page 3 <br />
