Property located at the southeast corner of Country Club Road and e <br /> Sand Avenue from RG/SR Garden Apartment Residential District with <br /> Site Review procedures to RP/SR Residential Professional District <br /> with Site Review procedures (Krumdieck, Inc.) (Z 80-16) (map <br /> distributed) <br /> ------ <br /> Mr. Henry stated that this request was approved 3:0 at the Auqust 11, 1980. <br /> meeting of the Planninq Commission. He introduced Jerry Jacobson, Plannina, <br /> to provide additional information. ~1r. Jacobson stated that the property <br /> involved in this reauest is a portion of a vacant tax lot, approximately 2.0 <br /> acres. The eastern portion of the lot would remain zoned RG/SR. Th is 1 and was <br /> annexed in 1979 and the zoninq was chanqed from County RP to City RG/SR. <br /> Property west of the site is zoned RG and consists of vacant and residentially <br /> developed land. To the north across Sand Avenue are lots zoned R-l and developed <br /> with duplexes. The area north of the property east of Pool Street is zoned <br /> RG/SR and is vacant except for a few residences. East and southeast is property <br /> zoned RG/SR partially developed with garden apartments. The area to the south <br /> is zoned RP and developed with professional offices. The Cal Younq Neiqhborhood <br /> Association supports the request for chanae of zone. <br /> Mr. Lieuallen asked if there is any RP zoninq within the City that has been <br /> developed with anythinq other than offices.
