Easement Vacation for Roger Bird (EV 80-4) (map distributed) <br /> Mr. Henry stated that this easement request includes the northerly 16 feet of a <br /> 30-foot storm drainage easement. It was approved by the Planning Commission <br /> . with a 5:0 vote on September 22, 1980. He introduced Pat Decker, Planning, to <br /> provide additional information. <br /> Ms. Decker stated that this is a portion of the Birdnest Subdivision and would <br /> leave a 14~foot public utility easement. <br /> Public hearing was opened; there being no testimony, public hearing was closed. <br /> CB 2217--An ordinance authorizing the vacation of the northerly 16 feet of <br /> a 3D-foot storm drainage easement located between Cal Young Road <br /> and Sharon Way west of Coburg Road. <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be read <br /> the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent <br /> of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. <br /> Council Bill 2217 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be <br /> approved and given final passage.
