I Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be -. approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all coun- cilors present voting aye and Mr. Obie abstaining, the bill was declared passed and numbered 18727. CB 2220--An ordinance authorizing rezoning from M-3 Heavy Industrial District to M-2 Light Industrial District for property located generally north of West 11th Avenue, south of 1st Avenue between Beltline Road and Bertelsen. Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that findings sup- porting the rezoning as set forth in Planning Commission staff notes and minutes of September 22, 1980, be adopted by reference thereto; that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council; and that enactment be considered at this time.
