<br />there was some delay in the construction equipment arrival. Ms. Miller asked if
<br />the road is being completed in sections. Mr. Pye responded that it is being
<br />done in two sections--Club Road and Country Club Road. Access will be available
<br />from one direction or the other at all times. Ms. Miller thanked Mr. Pye for
<br />the presentation and indicated that staff should refer calls to him.

<br />hearings will be held next year.
