County AGT Agricultural"Grazing, and Timber-Raising District <br /> to C-2/SR Community Commercial District with Site Review <br /> procedures, including a sign district classification of <br /> Integrated Shopping District (Area No.5) (Z 81-9) (maps <br /> distributed; background information under separate cover). <br /> Ms. Smith explained that she would be abstaining from discussion or voting on <br /> this issue since Mr. Saul is a partner in Moreland/Unruh/Smith and her husband <br /> is a partner in the same firm. <br /> Mr. Gleason introduced Jerry Jacobson of the Planning Department. <br /> Mr. Jacobson explained the subject properties were the subject of a recently <br /> adopted refinement plan, the Coburg/Crescent Special Area Study. City Council <br /> adopted the study last July. The rezonings would implement the land use desig- <br /> nations in that special area study. There are five different areas that would <br /> be rezoned; hence five different ordinances involved.
