Copies of Mr. Mehringer's testimony were <br /> distributed to all elected officials; (2) Eugene Planning Commission <br /> agreed with request of Eugene Sand and Gravel on page I II -G of the <br /> Planning Commission Hearing testimony; (3) staff has been meeting <br /> with Nature Conservancy and property OIvners regarding Goal 5 and <br /> is working to comlete papers on the last two of the seven natural <br /> resource sites. <br /> Harold Rutherford, Lane County Commissioner, made first reading of <br /> ordinance ff856 of Eugene/Springfield Metropolitan Area and Plan fOJ <br /> Lane County. <br /> MOTION:, Otto t'Hooft MOVED to have second reading at a January 6 <br /> 1981, 1:30 p.m. meeting.
