Urban Renewal Agency President: I move to direct the Agency Director to issue an RFQ for the redevelopment of West Broadway based on the draft RFQ criteria included in this agenda item, with the responses to the RFQ to be brought back to the URA for consideration in early Spring 2007. Each person will have three minutes to speak. Please give your name and address when you come to the podium. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red light indicates the end of three minutes.
