ACTION: Resolution 1025 Adopting a Supplemental Budget; Making Appropriations for <br /> the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, <br /> 2002, and Ending June 30, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Torrey called the meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene to order. He <br />noted a public hearing had been held on the item on June 23. <br /> <br /> Ms. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Meisner, moved to approve Resolution 1025 <br /> adopting a Supplemental Budget; making appropriations for the Urban <br /> Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene for the fiscal year beginning July 1, <br /> 2002, and ending June 30, 2003. The motion passed unanimously, 5:0. <br /> <br />Ms. Nathanson arrived. <br /> <br />B. ACTION: Resolution 1026 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene Adopting <br /> the Budget and Making Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2003, and <br /> Ending June 30, 2004 <br /> <br /> Ms. Taylor, seconded by Ms. Nathanson, moved to approve Resolution 1026 <br /> of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene adopting the budget and <br /> making appropriations for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, and ending <br /> June 30, 2004. The motion passed unanimously, 6:0. <br /> <br />Mayor Torrey adjourned the meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency and convened a meeting of the <br />Eugene City Council. <br /> <br />C.WORK SESSION: Airport Governance <br /> <br />Public Works Department Director Kurt Corey and Airport Manager Bob Noble joined the council <br />for the item. City Manager Dennis Taylor indicated that Mr. Pap~ had requested that the council <br />take no action on the issue in his absence. <br />Mr. Corey said the policy issue before the council related to whether the City of Eugene operated <br />an airport.
