He also welcomed the new member of the Citizen Planning Committee for the Whilamut Natural <br />Area. <br /> <br />Regarding the East Campus Plan, Councilor Kelly stressed that the action sought at the current meeting <br />was only the initiation of the process. He pointed out that the process would include public hearings <br />before the Eugene Planning Commission and the City Council.
