O~INANCE NO. 202§1 AN @~INANCE PROVIDING FOR WITHDRAWAL OF TE~ITO~ES FROM THE RIVER ROAD WATER D~STRICT AND RIVER ROAD PA~ AND ~C~ATION DIST~CT AND FROM THE SANTA CLARA WATER DI[STmCT. The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resolution No. 4749 adopted January 27, 2003, proposed: A. Withdrawal from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District the parts of the Districts armexed to the City on July 23, 2002, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated October 21,2002; on NOvember 4~ 2002, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated November 13, 2002; on SePtember 16, 2002~ by Final Order No. 1202 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated August 1, 2002; on July 26~ 2002, by Notice of the Lane County Local GOvernment BoUndary Commission dated October 22, 2002; on Septeruber 16, 2002, by Notice of the Lane CoUnty Local Government Boundary Commission dated October 22, 2002; and on December 30, 2002, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated December 31, 2002. The City is willing to assume the liabilities and indebtedness previously contracted by the DiStriCts proPortionate to the parts of the Districts that have been am~exed to the City upon the effective date of the withdrawals.
