Mr. Klein <br />referred her to the criteria governing the application in the Eugene City Code and indicated he would also <br />follow-up in writing. Ms. Taylor asked who wanted the property rezoned. Ms. Siegenthaler indicated it was <br />the applicant, the State of Oregon. Staff did not know what the applicant planned to do with the property. <br />Ms. Taylor asked if that could be a basis on which to deny the application.
