<br />NOTICE IS GIVEN that on February 20,2007, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
<br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, a hearing will be held to hear any objections to the withdrawal of the
<br />following described real properties contained in the special districts as noted which have been,
<br />or, as for the Spinner property (C ED 06-66), is expected to be, annexed to the City of Eugene:
