Section 3. The "Dwellings" subsection in the 'Residential' section in Table 9.2010 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />Table 9.2010 Agricultural Zone Uses and Permit Requirements <br />AG <br />Residential <br />Dwellings <br />One -Family Dwelling, 1 Per Lot P <br />Accessory Dwelling 1 Per Detached One -Family Dwelling on Same Lot P(2) <br />Section 4. Section 9.2011 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />9.2011 Special Use Limitations for Table 9.2010. <br />(1) Permitted in the AG zone, subject to the PRO zone standards in EC 9.2640. <br />(2) Permitted in the AG zone, subject to the standards for accessory dwellings at <br />EC 9.2751(17). <br />Section 5. The following entries under the "Residential' section in Table 9.2740 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, are amended to provide as follows: <br />Table 9.2740 Residential Zone Land Uses and Permit Requirements <br />R-1 <br />R- <br />R-2 <br />R-3 <br />R-4 <br />1.5 <br />Residential <br />Dwellings. (All dwellings, including accessory <br />dwellings, shall meet minimum and maximum density <br />requirements in accordance with Table 9.2750 <br />Residential Zone Development Standards unless <br />specifically exempted elsewhere in this land use code. <br />All dwelling types are permitted if approved through the <br />Planned Unit Developmentprocess.) <br />Accessory Dwelling (1 Per Detached One -Family <br />P(2) <br />P(2) <br />P(2) <br />P(2) <br />Dwelling on Same Lot <br />Section 6. Subsection (2) of Section 9.2741 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide as follows: <br />9.2741 Special Use Limitations for Table 9.2740. <br />(2) Accessory Dwellings.
