He noted <br />that he was present at the meeting. In the minutes of September 11, he said that he had <br />suggested considering scheduling more than one meeting for controversial topics. For the <br />minutes of September 13, Councilor Rayor noted that he was present. <br /> <br />Councilor Meisner offered a correction to the minutes of September 18.
