4. This segment of Jefferson Alley is a 12-foot wide unimproved alley that can be accessed <br />from the south via West 15th Avenue and that has a northern terminus at Amazon Creek. <br />It is bordered on the east side by residential uses on Assessor's Map 17-03-31-31 Tax Lots <br />14600, 14700, 14800 and 15000. It is bordered on the west side by a utility facility on <br />Assessor's Map 17-03-31-31 Tax Lot 17600. None of the tax lots on the east side take <br />vehicular access from the Alley. As authorized personnel, Eugene Water and Electric <br />Board employees may continue to use the alley for maintenance access to the utility <br />facility on Tax Lot 17600 after the Alley's closure. <br />5. The closed segment of Jefferson Alley will remain accessible to emergency vehicles. <br />6. The City's adopted transportation -related plans and policies do not require that this <br />segment of Jefferson Alley remain open to traffic. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />The segment of Jefferson Alley between West 15th Avenue and its terminus at <br />Amazon Creek, from the southwest corner of Assessor's Map 17-03-31-31 Tax Lot <br />15000 to the northwest corner of Assessor's Map 17-03-31-31 Tax Lot 14600, is <br />hereby closed to all traffic (pedestrian and vehicular). <br />Dated and effective this b day of April, 2020. <br />6� <br />Matthew .
