Regarding rumors about disposition of the property, he said the district needed to <br />maintain property in the area of future potential growth and would consider alternate properties if it was in <br />the interests of that goal, including appropriate location, size and proximity to public services, but to-date no <br />property had been identified. <br /> <br />There being no one else wishing to speak, Mayor Piercy closed the public hearing and called for comments <br />from the council. <br /> <br />Councilor Poling asked Mr. Lauch to submit his comments and any additional information he had to the <br />council in writing. He asked if a date had been set for action on the ordinance related to the council <br />employee complaint process.
