ORDINANCE NO. 19793 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING CITY BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES; AMENDING SECTIONS 2.013, 2.249, AND 8.005 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1911; ADDING SECTION 2..215 TO THAT CODE; REPEALING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTI~+`E uATt; AND DECLARING AN EMERGE~~CY. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL04~5: Section 1.
