<br /> <br /> Item 42: Corrects an inadvertent change made during LUCU which increased the parking <br />requirement for Wholesale Trade. Amendment would go back to pre-LUCU parking <br />ratio, resulting in less area devoted to parking. <br /> Item 44: Modifies landscape requirement for parking structures along interior yards, potentially <br />allowing additional building area along the interior yard area. <br /> <br />Staff suggests eliminating these three amendments from consideration if the council determines these <br />issues to be of concern. <br /> <br /> <br />RELATED CITY POLICIES <br />The City Council has included minor code amendments as a priority item on the Planning Division <br />Work Program. This proposal is the first of two phases in staff’s effort to complete this task. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL OPTIONS <br /> <br />The council may approve the draft ordinance as recommended by the Planning Commission, direct staff <br />to modify the ordinance or deny the ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The City Manager recommends adoption of the Minor Code Amendments as recommended by the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION <br /> <br />None; this is a public hearing only. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />A.
