Staff will present information from the last interview and selection process to help inform <br />the council’s decisions for this process. In addition, staff will be seeking feedback and direction from <br />the council regarding process elements, updated interview questions, and what stakeholders should be <br />included in the interview process. We may go into Executive Session to discuss some of these process <br />components. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />The position of Police Auditor has been vacant since August 22, 2008. The application deadline for this <br />recruitment was December 8, 2008. This work session is to assist the council in the process of planning <br />the elements of an upcoming interview process should the council decide to interview some of the <br />candidates presented by Alliance Resource Consulting. <br /> <br /> <br />RELATED CITY POLICIES <br />This item is not directly related to a City policy.
